Currently Listening: Haste the Day - "Substance"

Went to Surf Taco friday night... conqured the Tsunami and got my picture on the wall... the pic above is what a Tsunami is and they're not lieing when they tell you it's huge... after that went bowling... the guys won of course even though trixie was the only one there who could get a strike, and she got 4 of them. Saturday had the Lion Invitational at Middletown North. PB'd in shot. I'm done.

So here's the Skate and Surf breakdown for Friday and Saturday of who i saw

Friday
Piebald - meh... not really my thing
Hot Rod Circuit - not bad
Funeral For a Friend - they put the fun back in funeral... they were awesome
Andrew WK - What can i say about him that would do him justice? The man is a god
Coheed and Cambria - ugh.... not a fan
The Starting Line - One of the few emo bands that i like... these guys did a good job
Brand New - Again... not really my thing left in the middle of the set

Saturday
Avenged Sevenfold - These guys were fuckin awesome. Never head their music before but i got in there and was pumped as all hell listening to them
Autopilot Off - not too bad... decent pop punk stuff
Monster Squad - again not too bad... nothin special
Right around here Coheed came out and did a secret 3 song acoustic set... good musicianship but i still couldn't stand the dude's voice
Van Stone - These guys were the shit. Great music and the guys had me laughing my ass off the whole time... in a good way... with songs like "My Testicles are Unsimetrical" and "25 Dollar Blowjob"
MC Lars - I give the guy credit for coming out and doing a rap set
One Line Drawing - These guys absolutly sucked. End of story
HIM - Villie Valo is the man. He must've drank 6 beers and smoked 4 cigs in the 30 minutes he was on stage.

Well that wraps it up. I can go tomorrow cause of work. Oh well. I'm tired and can barely walk. Goodnight.
